2 Days Fes Desert Tours

Fes – Ifran – Azrou – Midlet – Arfoud – Merzouga

In the morning around 8am, we will pick you up from your accommodation. You’ll start your journey to Merzouga via Azrou and Errachidia. Your first stop will be at Ifran, known as "the Switzerland of Morocco", then to Merzouga via Midlet and the Ziz Valley. During this our 2 Days Fes Desert Tours, you’ll enjoy the beautiful sights of the Middle Atlas and High Atlas Mountains. We Stop at the famous cedar forest - the largest in Morocco – where you may see Barbarian apes. You’ll notice how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the city Er Rachidia. After lunch , your journey continues along the magnificient Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way. We will drive through welcoming Berber villages to Rissani, the foundation of the Alaouite dynasty. Next, when we arrive to Merzouga at the end of the day, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea before you check in to your riad. After relaxing few minutes in Merzouga, we will go to live the experience of the camel ride to catch up with the sunset. After that, we will spend the night in nomad tents. It is an occassion to enjoy sleeping under the stars and exploring the beauty of the Sahara Desert.

After that, you will trek back to the village of Merzouga meanwhile you will be full to the brim with happiness and satisfaction thanks to the comfortable night and the breeze of the early morning. Then, we drive back to Fes and we can find out some panoramic views.
